Hi, I’m Rebecca. I believe therapy is more than treatment—it’s connection, safety, and healing. I use a trauma-responsive, somatic, and relational approach to help clients tune into their nervous system and reconnect with their bodies. Grounded in awareness of culture, identity, and systems, I offer a space that is both practical and liberatory: a place to be seen, soften, and restore balance.

  • The rate for sessions is $180 for 55 minutes of individual therapy. Sliding scale available on a limited basis.

  • I see clients exclusively through teletherapy (via online video conferencing). My schedule is normally weekdays from 10:30am to 5:30 pm Eastern.

  • Credit cards: Visa, Discover, American Express

    Digital: Venmo, Zelle, Cash App

    Service fees are collected before each session, and copays are processed via auto-pay after each session through the Alma or Headway platforms.

    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows (arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice) incur a $75 fee.
